STUDENTS’ REQUIREMENTS HAVE CHANGED SO MUCH IN THE LAST TEN YEARS. TECHNOLOGY ENGAGES US ON A MULTI-SENSORY LEVEL, YET TEACHERS EXPECT THE STUDENTS TO RESPOND TO THE SAME AGE OLD TEACHING PRACTICES.
The RGM Workshops is ran by Ryan Glover, who has several years experience in the creative music industry and has also had years of experience and extensive training on working with children and adults with mild and severe special needs from Behavioural to Down Syndrome to Autistic.
The RGM Workshops covers various aspects of the music making process for children in primary schools, teenagers and adults with learning disabilities.
The workshops provide a whole range of services for the educational sector wishing to obtain access to industry standard equipment and gain a professional sound on completion of there yearly musical curriculum.
From recording and making music to learning how to work as a team, whilst allowing the individuals to contribute in their individual way to the song making process, but at the same time teaching students that by working together they can create something larger.
